All returns, cancellations of orders or exchanges must be pre-authorized, in writing, by the owner.  Any unauthorized return will NOT be credited.  All returns must be sent to our manufacturing shop in Rainier Oregon for inspection. ALL authorized returns will be charged a 25% restocking fee and original shipping costs.
